10. Split shipments, pre-orders and substitutions
Before payment, we disclose whether goods may ship separately, a pre-order release estimate and any separate delivery charge. We do not substitute materially different goods without agreement. If one item cannot be supplied, we explain the effect on the remaining order, promotion, shipping charge and refund.
11. Missing-parcel procedure
- Check the tracking event and saved address.
- Ask the customer to check the nominated safe place or household without requiring unsafe action.
- Open a carrier trace and record the reference.
- Assess whether supply and delivery occurred as represented.
- Provide the required replacement, refund or other remedy and explain escalation.
12. Damage and incomplete delivery
Customers should preserve the goods and packaging and provide photographs where practical. A failure to photograph immediately does not automatically remove ACL rights. Missing components, short quantities and wrong items are assessed as possible failures to comply with description or other consumer guarantees.
13. Remote areas and delivery partners
Remote-area services, transfer to local delivery partners and different delivery estimates are disclosed before purchase where material. A subcontracted carrier does not remove responsibility that Australian law assigns to the seller. The customer receives one support path even when several carriers are involved.
14. Refused and uncollected parcels
Refusal or non-collection does not automatically create a change-of-mind cancellation. We contact the customer about redelivery, return, refund and any reasonable disclosed cost. No fee or deduction is applied where it would conflict with a consumer guarantee or arise from our error.
15. Delivery claims and records
Delivery complaints go to hello@jnruimo.com
