1. Agreement and seller

Nothing excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. 10. Unfair terms and indemnity
Terms must be transparent and not cause a significant imbalance that is not reasonably necessary to protect legitimate interests and would cause detriment. Any cancellation, unilateral variation, automatic renewal, indemnity or penalty clause requires separate fairness review.

13. Promotions, discounts and stock claims
Promotions state eligibility, dates, stock limits, exclusions and interaction with returns. Comparative prices, countdowns, scarcity and savings claims must have a reasonable basis. We do not cancel an accepted order merely because a promotion was successful unless the contract and law permit it.
14. Subscriptions, renewals and pre-orders

17. Store availability and security
Maintenance, cyber incidents or technical failure may temporarily affect the store. We use reasonable measures to restore service and protect orders. This does not authorise alteration of an accepted order, retention of payment for unsupplied goods or exclusion of liability where prohibited.
18. Electronic communications and records
Order acknowledgements, acceptance, invoices, policy text and material notices are delivered electronically where agreed and lawful. Marketing choices remain separate from necessary transaction and safety messages. Customers should keep contact information current and retain order records.
19. Business transactions
Any limitation available for goods or services not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use applies only where the ACL permits and the transaction is correctly classified. Use of a business email, quantity purchase or tax invoice does not automatically remove consumer status.
20. Assignment, waiver and entire agreement
We do not assign the contract in a way that materially reduces customer rights without a lawful basis. Delay in enforcement is not a permanent waiver. An entire-agreement clause does not exclude misleading representations, mandatory pre-contract information or non-excludable remedies.
