Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all domestic orders within Australia placed on www.marivia.shop, compliant with ACCC e-commerce guidelines and Australian Consumer Law.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders require 1–3 Australian business days for processing and packing before dispatch. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and national Australian public holidays. Orders placed after 6:00 PM AEST will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide to all Australian states and territories: Tasmania, New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia, Northern Territory and Australian Capital Territory. We partner with Australia Post and trusted Australian domestic courier services.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • TAS, NSW, VIC, QLD: 2–4 business days
  • SA: 3–5 business days
  • WA, NT: 4–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, extreme weather or public holidays.

4. Shipping Fees & Currency

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of GST. Free shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout with no hidden fees.

5. Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking details typically update within 24–48 hours on carrier official systems.

6. Delivery Liability

Customers must provide accurate Australian delivery addresses and valid postcodes. We are not liable for lost, delayed or returned parcels caused by incorrect customer-provided address details.

7. Undelivered & Returned Parcels

Parcels returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts, invalid addresses or customer refusal will incur reshipping fees payable by the customer, unless the error is our responsibility.

8. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective or lost-in-transit items. We will assist with carrier claims and resolve issues per Australian consumer regulations.
